Aquella Villa

Aquella is a large-scale integrated beach, golf and resort development on the Andaman Sea coastline in Phang Nga province, north of Phuket (Natai / Khok Kloi / Thai Mueang area), roughly 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The masterplan covers about 1,100 rai (around 1.8 million sqm) with over 2.5 km of private beachfront, and includes a resort hotel, beach club, marina, tennis facilities, a country club and a championship par-72 18-hole golf course of around 7,000 yards.

Residential villas are sold within the development, most notably the Aquella Lakeside Villas. Lakeside is a collection of villas set around a lake in the middle of the golf course, with units ranging from 2 to 6 bedrooms, each with a private pool and outdoor terrace and views over the lake and fairways. The villas sit roughly 350-600 m from the beach depending on plot position. Villa owners are offered membership/golf ownership at the Aquella Golf and Country Club.

The development is a joint venture between Hong Kong's Pacific Century Premium Developments (PCPD) and the Lan Kwai Fong Group (LKF). The golf course and country club opened to play, and the Lakeside Villas phase was launched/handed over in the 2023 period.
