The Heritage Suites (also listed as Heritage Suites) is a completed low-rise condominium located in Kathu, Phuket, Thailand. The development comprises two buildings of seven storeys with a total of 67 residential units, and was completed in December 2008.

Unit types are one-bedroom apartments of about 70 sq.m and two-bedroom apartments of about 160 sq.m. On-site amenities include a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a fitness centre, a clubhouse, a landscaped garden, parking, high-speed internet and a 24-hour security system.
